LIFEGUARDS / LEISURE ASSISTANTS
We’re looking for a minimum of 3 lifeguards/leisure assistants for our new Aquaparc, with water obstacles, ‘It’s a Knockout’ style obstacles and a Crash & Splash!
Purpose
- To be visitor focused to provide an unforgettable first class experience
- You'll have a passion for being outside on the water and delivering excellent customer service!
Key Accountabilities
- To be friendly and helpful to all visitors and other staff members
- To be constantly observant to surroundings, ensuring that strict health and safety guidelines are adhered to at all times.
- Ensure all areas are presented and maintained to the highest level at all times.
- Complying with Park rules at all times.
- Assist with day to day running of activities
- Reporting any issues or incidents immediately to your line manager.
- Provide the highest standards of customer service at all times
Skills and Qualifications
- No experience necessary, however experience in a Leisure or Sports environment would be beneficial Behaviours
- Self Motivated, High Energy,
- Customer / Client Focused
- Team Player
- Flexible / Punctual / Proactive!

Wakeboarding Instructor
Responsibilities
- Present a professional appearance and attitude at all times and maintain an excellent standard of customer service.
- Deliver waterski/wakeboard instruction.
- Rotate within the team responsibility for instruction, driving, spotting, taking bookings and preparing guests for their session.
- Ensure safety is of the highest standard.
- Take personal responsibility for the maintenance, repair and security of equipment and the satisfactory appearance of the Wakepark to ensure the meeting of guest expectations.
- Work as part of a team to set up, pack up, and proactively provide assistance to all guests using the equipment each day.
- Be flexible in your job role and willing to assist in all other duties, within reason, as requested by your manager according to training you have been given.
Experience / Skills
- Experience of working in a waterski/wakeboard environment would be beneficial
- First Aid / Life guarding skills
- Previous customer service experience.
- Skilled in ski boat driving.
- Knowledge of the current waterski and wakeboard industry.
- Ability to effectively communicate with guests of all ages, management, and other staff.
- Ability to work well within a team and maintain effective working relationships.
- Able to work on own initiative and follow verbal and written instructions.
